MNRPCV History
There has been an active RPCV community in Minnesota since the 1970s. This group met informally and gradually developed a framework for the an official RPCV organization. The Minnesota Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (MNRPCV) was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on December 18, 1980 and was established as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The first Board of Directors was formed and Officers elected in 1980.
