We elect a Board of Directors every year as required by our by-laws. We hold board elections in August at our Annual Meeting and Picnic. The 10-12 Board members serve from September through the following August. We're always looking for new leadership, so feel free to come to our monthly board meetings at any time. Contact any board member for information on upcoming board meetings.
MNRPCV Board Descriptions
President: The CEO, responsible for the business affairs of the Organization
Vice President: In the absence of the President, the Vice President is responsible for performing all the duties of the President
Treasurer: Responsible for all funds and securities of the Organization
Secretary: Keeps the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors and General Meetings
Communications: Responsible for communications to the Organization. Communications include a printed newsletter a web site and an email list
Community Service: Organizes community service events
Speakers Bureau: Coordinates speakers with groups who ask for them
Social Chair: Coordinates social events and activities
Membership: Welcomes new members to the Organization
At Large: Helps out where needed and supports the Organization
