• Print the PC Legacy Brick Order Form 
• Enter all of the required information for your brick on the PC Legacy Order Form. 
• Include your check for the amount of your donation, made out to PC Legacy.
• Mail to: Peace Corps Legacy Association, PO Box 47011, Minneapolis, MN 55447
